Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to expand our customer base and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
